Current - 2021

Director of Product Design, Viewing

Peacock

At Peacock, I lead design teams responsible for how people discover, choose, and experience content at scale. Today, I lead the Search and Discovery vertical, including personalized and AI-powered discovery, merchandising, and ad monetization. Previously, I led Content Experiences and owned large company initiatives such as the Emmy Award–winning Summer Olympics, the World Cup, and platform expansion through joint ventures across Eastern European markets. Across my time at Peacock, I’ve grown teams, built strong ways of working, and partnered closely with leadership to deliver clear, high-quality work during moments that mattered most.

2021 - 2015

Director, Streaming & Multimodal Experiences

Comcast

At Comcast, I led teams working across voice, sensory, and multimodal experiences within the Xfinity entertainment ecosystem. I also built and led the Streaming UX team, guiding the consolidation of multiple entertainment apps into a single experience and launching Xfinity’s first smart TV streaming apps on Roku and other platforms. This work strengthened my ability to build systems and teams that could scale across devices, technologies, and millions of users while maintaining consistency, quality, and trust

1 Trick Pony

My first leadership role at 1 Trick Pony shaped how I think about craft and quality. I led small teams producing digital work for a wide range of clients while learning to set clear standards and support strong creative cultures. Work from this period received industry recognition and awards, reinforcing the value of maintaining a high bar and investing in the people doing the work.

Outside of Work

I live in the Philadelphia suburbs with my family and am a dad to twins, which has reshaped how I think about time, priorities, and leading by example.

I currently work in New York at Peacock, balancing city energy with a grounded home life. Outside of work, I enjoy cooking, staying active, spending time in the garden, and keeping up with our bulldog, Rosie. These routines help me reset and reflect.
