I believe caring about people and expecting excellence go together. How I lead is shaped by who I am as a person. I've spent my career building teams that solve hard problems and ship work we're proud of, and I've learned, often the hard way, that clarity and trust matter more than speed.

EXPERIENCE

Leadership Timeline

I am the designer and leader I am today because of experience across startups, agencies, and a Fortune 50 company. Each chapter sharpened how I approach craft, systems, and leading teams through change.

Current - 2021

Senior Director of Product Design, Viewing

Peacock

At Peacock, I lead design teams responsible for how people discover, choose, and experience content at scale. I currently lead the Search and Discovery organization, spanning personalized and AI-powered discovery, merchandising, and ad monetization. Earlier in my tenure, I led Content Experiences and owned some of the company's most visible initiatives, including the Emmy Award-winning Paris 2024 Olympics, the World Cup, and international platform expansion through joint ventures in Eastern Europe. This chapter represents the accumulation of earlier lessons: building teams, creating durable systems, and partnering closely with senior leadership to deliver clarity and quality when the stakes were highest.

2021 - 2015

Director, Streaming & Multimodal Experiences

Comcast

At Comcast, my focus expanded from individual experiences to platform-level systems. I led teams working across voice, sensory, and multimodal interactions within the Xfinity ecosystem, while also building and leading the Streaming UX team. This work included consolidating multiple entertainment apps into a single experience and launching Xfinity's first smart TV streaming apps on Roku and other platforms. Operating at this scale strengthened my ability to align teams, technologies, and devices while maintaining consistency, quality, and trust for millions of users.

2015 - 2004

Creative Director, Digital Design

1 Trick Pony

My first leadership role at 1 Trick Pony shaped my foundation in craft and quality. I led small teams delivering digital work for a wide range of clients, learning how to set clear creative standards while supporting strong creative cultures. Work from this period received industry recognition and awards, reinforcing a belief that has guided every role since: the strongest outcomes come from investing deeply in both the work and the people doing it.

Outside of Work

I live in the Philadelphia suburbs with my family and am a dad to twins, which has reshaped how I think about time, priorities, and leading by example.

I currently work in New York at Peacock, balancing city energy with a grounded home life. Outside of work, I enjoy cooking, staying active, spending time in the garden, and keeping up with our bulldog, Rosie. These routines help me reset and reflect.
